We work primarily with QuickBooks Online, and also support Xero and FreshBooks. We work within whatever platform you're already using — no need to switch. If you're not using any software yet, we'll set you up with QuickBooks Online as part of onboarding.

Will I have a dedicated bookkeeper?

Yes. You get the same bookkeeper every month — someone who learns your business, knows your vendors, and understands your chart of accounts. No re-explaining, no context switching. Your bookkeeper is backed by our full team for quality checks and specialized questions.

For bookkeeping, most clients are fully set up within 1-2 weeks. For optimization engagements, the assessment phase typically takes 1-2 weeks, followed by implementation.
